  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
    • Hygiene-related products (if applicable)
    • Opened software, digital downloads, or gift cards

  • Standard delivery time within the USA: 1-2 business days or 3-6 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
